Welcome to the Wales Mini Masters 2022

The event is designed as a fun opportunity for young golfers to put into practice skills they are currently developing.

The Wales Mini Masters is open to all young golfers that are not members of a golf club or have recently joined a golf club but have not yet obtained a handicap of below 28.

For 2022 we have a new venue for our Final – Machynys Peninsula Golf & Country Club, a Nicklaus designed course, and host of many professional events including the Ladies European Tour.

We are delighted to welcome back Volvik as supporters of the Wales Mini Masters. Within each qualifying round we will be incorporating the Volvik Challenge.

Each qualifying round will be split into the following categories:-

Male and female as at 1st September 2021

• 7 and under (pupils, in the current school year, who are in Year 2 and below)

• 8 – 9 (pupils, in the current school year, who are in Years 3 & 4)

• 10 – 11 (pupils, in the current school year, who are in Years 5 & 6)

• 12 plus (Year 7 and above)

We would also like to thank Ron Skinner and Sons and Asbri Golf for their ongoing commitment and sponsorship.
